1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to IDNATAG. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IDNATAG website, platform, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is owned and operated by BODIES CLO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 14309248) with its registered office at 84 Vaughan way, LE1 4SN.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which must be created separately and linked here). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BODIES CLO LTD (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE;
  • ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR YOUR USER CONTENT;
  • ANY BREACH OF SECURITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) £100 (ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING).

10. Termination

  • By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
